“C’est avec une profonde tristesse que j’ai appris la disparition, ce jour 25 décembre 2022, du Dr Luc Marius IBRIGA, éminent universitaire et ancien Contrôleur général d’Etat. Notre Nation perd ainsi un de ses valeureux fils qui a consacré sa vie à la formation et à l’éveil d’une conscience citoyenne, libre, intègre et digne. Je salue la mémoire d’un homme de conviction qui a su incarner le combat pour une gouvernance vertueuse. Son passage à la tête de l’Autorité supérieure du contrôle d’Etat et de lutte contre la corruption (ASCE-LC) a marqué un pas important dans l’engagement de notre pays pour une gestion plus saine des deniers publics. Puisse son exemple de vie nourrir notre engagement collectif pour un Burkina Faso de liberté et d’intégrité. Qu’il repose dans la paix des braves sur cette terre de dignité qu’il a tant aimée et servie.”
